Why should a fertility dietitian be a part of your team on your conception journey?

Fertility Consultation

This comprehensive initial assessment will help you get your nutrition on track so that you can improve your chances of conceiving. I will get to know you and where you’re at on your fertility journey. At the end of our session, we will have a clear plan on how best to move forward depending on your circumstances. If you’re after help with supplementation then we can also come up with a plan around this.

Pregnancy Consultation

So you’re pregnant, but you’re not sure what you can and can’t eat. This consultation will help to clarify the nutrition do’s and don’ts for pregnancy. If you’ve been diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes or Hyperemesis Gravidarum then Rachel will help you navigate the best food choices for you and your baby.

Postnatal Consultation

So, you’ve had bubs – now what? Feel like you’re starving all the time and your weight is fluctuating either up or down? Or maybe your milk supply isn’t as high as you want it to be? In this online consultation, Rachel will help you to get your nutrition and well-being on track after having your baby.
