Home Made Burgers (no eggs/dairy)

I love these burgers because they’re so easy to make and they’re absolutely packed with nutrition to boost your fertility journey.

Having some red meat in your diet is always a win to boost iron levels which play a huge role in Fertility and Conception!


  • Mince of your choice but choose the leanest option if going for beef mince (it depends how many burgers you want to make use approximately 100g per person)
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
  • Herbs and spices (I like to add thyme but it’s up to you!)
  • 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds

How to make them:
Simply mix together the ingredients in a bowl (I prefer to do so with my hands) and then shape into patties. Cook to your liking in a non stick fry pan. Serve with a burger roll (preferably whole grain) packed with salad!
