Ingredients:
Green Prawns (200g per person)
Asparagus (10 spears per person)
Garlic
Lemon Juice
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
On a baking sheet place the prawns and asparagus. Squeeze some lemon juice and garlic over the top and spread around. Add pepper and any herbs you might like.
Place into an oven at 180 Degrees Celsius and bake until the prawns are cooked through.
Serve with some tasty whole grain bread or roast potato or sweet potato for an easy weeknight meal!
